*Flips open Pokedex* Draguin, the Ice Dragon Pokemon. Draguin is the evolved for of Pengon. Despite being somewhat small compared to other dragon type pokemon, Draguin makes up for it by having superb defenses. It's body is well insulated, allowing it to be under freezing water for long periods of time while it's thick coat prevents any serious damage when it's body crashes into ice chunks.
